We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage the accounting and financial operations of our firm and support the financial coordination of our portfolio businesses.

The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, experience with accounting software, good technical skills, and an understanding of investments and business finance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, investments, and financial transactions.
- Manage accounts and financial records across multiple businesses.
- Track investor funds, investments, returns, and related transactions.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Handle bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, and other financial activities.
- Coordinate with portfolio businesses regarding accounts and financial documentation.
- Assist management with financial analysis and investment-related reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Work with accounting software and digital financial tools.
- Assist with GST, TDS, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and investor information.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of financial statements and reporting.
- Basic understanding of investments and business finance.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage accounts for multiple businesses.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in an investment firm, financial services company, accounting firm, or business group.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Experience handling accounts for multiple companies.
- Knowledge of investment tracking and financial analysis.
- Good technical and software skills.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Experience

1–3 years preferred. Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and relevant software skills may also be considered.
