Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual accessories sales and revenue targets.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase accessories sales.

- Coordinate with the Sales Team to promote accessories during vehicle sales and delivery.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable accessories.

- Ensure proper follow-up with customers and timely resolution of complaints.

- Manage accessories inventory, stock levels, inward/outward movement and physical verification.

- Ensure accurate billing and proper documentation of all accessories transactions.

- Coordinate with the Workshop/Installation Team for timely and quality installation.

- Ensure accessories are installed correctly and vehicles are delivered as committed.

- Coordinate with approved vendors and suppliers for procurement and timely delivery.

- Monitor purchase prices, selling prices, margins and departmental profitability.

- Supervise, guide and motivate the accessories sales and installation team.

- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor individual team performance.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales, stock and performance reports.

- Monitor slow-moving, excess and damaged stock and take corrective action.

- Coordinate with Sales, Workshop, Accounts, CRM, Purchase and HR departments.





- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and management instructions.

- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professional service.

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and reporting/MIS.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; automobile/management qualification will be an advantage.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in an automobile dealership/accessories department preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
