Role Description The Access Control Engineer is a full time role located in Jaipur. This role is responsible for designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining electronic access control and related security systems for clients across sectors. Daily activities include reviewing technical requirements, selecting appropriate hardware and software components, integrating access control solutions with existing networking and communication infrastructure, and conducting system tests and commissioning.

The engineer will diagnose and resolve system issues, perform routine maintenance,



create documentation and diagrams, and support project teams during implementation and upgrades. The role also involves collaborating with sales and project managers to provide technical input, ensure compliance with industry standards, and deliver reliable, secure access control solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and understanding of electronic safety and security systems.
- Experience with Process Control and Motion Control in automated or access control environments.
- Hands-on skills in Troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network-integrated access control systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers) and system integration principles.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Organized, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in access control, CCTV, or building security systems implementation is a must.
