PixelPop Academy is looking for driven and experienced Academic Counsellors and Senior Academic Counsellors to join our team in Gurugram.
If you have experience in EdTech, online admissions, academic counselling, inside sales, or education sales and enjoy interacting with students and helping them make informed career decisions, we’d love to hear from you.
? Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and understand their academic and career goals.
- Counsel students and parents on suitable courses and career opportunities.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students throughout the admission journey.
- Maintain accurate lead and counselling records.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- For Senior Counsellor roles,
take ownership of high-value leads and contribute to team performance.
? What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in EdTech or online admissions.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent counselling, convincing, and follow-up abilities.
- Experience handling student/parent queries and admission-related conversations.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
