We’re looking for an Academic Counselor (Sales) to connect with students and parents, understand their requirements, and guide them towards suitable career and academic programs.
What you’ll do
- Connect with students and parents through calls and meetings
- Understand their academic and career requirements
- Explain C HUB’s programs and counselling services
- Provide appropriate guidance and support throughout the enrolment journey
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain relationships
- Achieve individual and team enrolment targets
- Maintain lead and follow-up records
- Coordinate with the Academic and Marketing teams
What we’re looking for
- Fresher or around 1 year of experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in counselling, education and sales
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Goal-oriented and customer-focused approach
