Role Description The Academy Councillor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves guiding prospective and current learners through course options, admission processes, and certification pathways, ensuring they receive accurate information and supportive counseling.

The Academy

Councillor will conduct student consultations, handle walk-in and online inquiries, manage follow-ups, and maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM or academy systems. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with trainers and operations teams,



supporting batch scheduling, and helping learners with exam registrations, placements, and career guidance. The role also includes contributing to outreach activities, events, and information sessions that promote academy programs and enhance learner engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to counsel learners and build positive relationships.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity education, certifications, and training programs, with an interest in Ethical Hacking and related domains.
- Organizational, time management, and documentation skills to manage inquiries, maintain student records, and coordinate schedules.
- Comfort with CRM tools, office productivity software, and online communication platforms for managing leads and student interactions.
- Previous experience in academic counseling, student advising, admissions, or education sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet counseling and enrollment targets responsibly.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, business, or IT/cybersecurity is an added advantage.
