- Manage inbound and outbound student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, virtual consultations, and face-to-face counselling sessions.
- Provide personalised academic counselling and career guidance to students and working professionals seeking upskilling and career advancement opportunities.
- Communicate course details, including curriculum, structure, learning outcomes, fees, schedules, eligibility criteria, and available career support.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding individual career goals and recommending relevant programs across Data Science, AI, Finance, Cybersecurity, Analytics, and related fields.
- Qualify leads, build robust relationships with prospects, and execute timely, structured follow-ups throughout the admissions journey.
- Convert qualified and warm leads into enrolments through consultative selling, effective objection handling,



and relationship-focused closing strategies.
- Manage the complete admissions cycle, from initial enquiry and counselling to enrolment confirmation and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, lead status, and conversion progress using internal CRM and tracking systems.
- Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding monthly enrolment, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Support webinars, information sessions, open houses, and counselling events while collaborating with marketing, operations, and academic teams to enhance lead quality, conversion rates, and overall student experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
