Role Description The 3D Modeler is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves creating high-quality 3D models and environments for real estate projects, including virtual property tours and Metaverse experiences.

Day-to-day responsibilities include translating design concepts and architectural plans into detailed 3D assets, setting up scenes in Blender, and applying appropriate lighting to achieve realistic and engaging visuals. The 3D Modeler will collaborate closely with designers, developers,



and product teams to ensure that all assets meet technical standards, performance requirements, and visual guidelines. The role also includes optimizing models for real-time applications, maintaining asset libraries, and contributing creative ideas to enhance the overall digital property experience.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling, 3ds Max, Twinmotion, Maya, Unreal, Lumion n Sketchup with the ability to work as a dedicated Modeler on complex real estate and environment projects.
- Proficiency in Blender for modeling, texturing, scene setup, and asset optimization for real-time and interactive applications.
- Practical experience with Lighting in 3D environments, including creating realistic and stylized lighting setups to enhance visual quality.
- Understanding of architectural visualization, spatial design, and basic real estate concepts, with the ability to interpret floor plans and elevations.
- Relevant education or training in 3D animation, design, game art, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and the ability to meet deadlines while working collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Experience with additional tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, or other 3D/VR platforms) and interest in Metaverse or VR projects is an added advantage.
