Role Description The 3D Graphic Designer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Pune District, with the flexibility to perform some work from home. The designer will create high-quality 3D visuals and graphics for events, exhibitions, installations, and immersive environments, aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing designs, developing 3D assets and layouts, collaborating with event planners, producers, and technical teams, and refining visuals based on feedback.

The role involves preparing final assets for production, ensuring consistency across branding elements,



and supporting visual storytelling for projection mapping, stage designs, and experiential marketing campaigns. The 3D Graphic Designer will also help maintain an organized asset library and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall event experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for creating visually compelling event and experiential content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography to ensure transparent, aesthetically pleasing text elements in layouts and event materials.
- Proficiency in 3D design and visualization tools (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or similar) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Experience designing for events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D and graphic work.
- Ability to interpret briefs, work within tight timelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and openness to feedback and iterative design.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
