Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced 3D Exhibition Stall Designer with 3–5 years of relevant experience in designing exhibition stalls, booths, pavilions, and event spaces.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of 3D visualization, exhibition stall design, space planning, fabrication requirements, materials, lighting, branding, and production detailing. The candidate will work closely with the sales, project, production, and client servicing teams to convert client requirements and concepts into attractive, functional, and technically feasible exhibition designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D designs and realistic renders for exhibition stalls, booths, pavilions, kiosks, and event spaces.
- Develop creative concepts based on client briefs, brand guidelines, floor plans, and space requirements.
- Prepare 3D models, layouts, elevations, and detailed design presentations.
- Design stalls considering visitor flow, product/display areas, meeting rooms, reception counters, storage, branding, and other functional requirements.
- Prepare multiple design options and make revisions based on client/project requirements.
- Ensure designs are creative, practical, structurally feasible, and within the given space and budget.
- Select and incorporate appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, signage, graphics, and branding elements.
- Coordinate with the production and fabrication team to ensure the design can be executed accurately at site.
- Understand exhibition venue regulations, stall height restrictions, electrical requirements, fire/safety considerations, and other technical requirements.
- Prepare design presentations and explain concepts to the internal team and, when required, directly to clients.




- Coordinate with graphic designers for branding, artwork, signage, and other visual elements.
- Make necessary design modifications based on technical feasibility, client feedback, and production requirements.
- Support the project team during the execution stage by providing clarification and design-related assistance.
- Maintain proper records of design files, revisions, renders, and final approved artwork.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of 3D Exhibition Stall Design and Visualization.
- Excellent understanding of space planning and exhibition layouts.
- Ability to create attractive and commercially practical stall designs.
- Good understanding of materials, fabrication, construction methods, lighting, furniture, and finishes used in exhibition stalls.
- Strong knowledge of branding and visual presentation.
- Ability to understand client briefs and convert them into creative design concepts.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and design revisions simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with sales, project management, production, and fabrication teams.

Software Skills Proficiency in relevant 3D and design software such as:
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Illustrator

Knowledge of additional rendering, animation, or visualization software will be an advantage. Experience & Qualification
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in exhibition stall design, event design, interior design, or related fields.




- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline preferred.
- Candidates with strong exhibition design portfolios will be preferred.
- Experience specifically with exhibition stalls, trade shows, events, and experiential spaces is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
