nResponsibilities:

n∙ Collaborate with senior designers to create compelling 2D designs for various event collateral, including invitations, banners, signage, and promotional materials. ∙ Assist in developing visual concepts and design layouts based on project requirements and client preferences.
n∙ Use graphic design software to produce high-quality and visually appealing graphics.
n∙ Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and materials. ∙ Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance event concepts.
n∙ Work closely with the production team to ensure the successful execution of designs within specified timelines.
n∙ Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to continually improve design quality

nQualifications:
n
n∙ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. ∙ Proven experience with graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
n∙ Solid portfolio showcasing 2D design projects and creative thinking.
n∙ Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
n∙ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior designers.
n∙ Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
n∙ Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
n∙ Passion for staying updated on design trends and technologies.
