Location: Remote- IndiaShift: US Eastern TimeExperience: 5+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk & Systems Support Specialist to provide day-to-day IT support for four US healthcare entities under the same umbrella:Gastroenterology PracticeCardiology PracticeClinical Research EntityAmbulatory Surgery Center (ASC)The candidate should be comfortable supporting users remotely, administering Microsoft 365 and Azure, troubleshooting computers and networks, managing user onboarding/offboarding, and coordinating with technology vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide remote IT helpdesk support to physicians, clinical staff, front desk, billing, research, and administrative teams.Troubleshoot Windows desktops/laptops, software, browsers, printers, scanners, fax systems, and other peripherals.Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office.Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID user accounts.Create accounts, email addresses, shared mailboxes, groups, and assign licenses.Manage new employee IT onboarding and configure computers, applications, email, and required access.Disable accounts and remove system access promptly when employees leave.Reset passwords and resolve account/login issues.Configure and support MFA and basic access controls.Provide remote troubleshooting using AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Quick Assist, or similar tools.Support EHR and healthcare applications from an IT perspective, including login, workstation, browser, printer, scanner, and connectivity issues.Experience supporting eClinicalWorks (eCW) is preferred.Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity.Coordinate with ISPs, EHR vendors, Microsoft, telecom, fax, printer,
and other technology vendors when required.Maintain inventory of computers, users, software, licenses, and IT equipment.Configure current computers and install required applications.Maintain Windows updates, antivirus, and basic system maintenance.Maintain IT documentation, vendor contacts, network information, and troubleshooting procedures.Assist management in maintaining basic IT and information-security policies appropriate for healthcare organizations and HIPAA environments.Provide on-call support for urgent issues such as internet outages, EHR access problems, workstation failures, Microsoft 365 problems, or network outages.Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of IT helpdesk / desktop / systems support experience.Strong Windows troubleshooting experience.Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.Experience with Azure / Microsoft Entra ID.Experience with AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar remote-support tools.Good networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.Experience supporting printers, scanners, and other office equipment.Experience with user onboarding and offboarding.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good spoken and written English.Ability to work independently during US Eastern Time hours.Availability for on-call support.PreferredExperience supporting US healthcare practices or ASCs.Familiarity with HIPAA environments.Experience supporting VoIP, electronic fax, and healthcare-office technology.Microsoft, CompTIA, CCNA, or similar certifications are a plus.When ApplyingPlease include:Total years of IT experienceMicrosoft 365/Azure experienceNetworking experienceHealthcare IT experienceeClinicalWorks experience, if anyRemote-support tools usedCurrent location in IndiaAvailability for US EST shiftExpected monthly compensation in INRNotice period
