We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Executive who can help us acquire customers, optimize campaigns, and scale our online growth.Responsibilities- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.- Handle campaign setup including objectives, targeting, budgets, creatives, and audience testing.- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROAS and conversions.- Analyse key performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies,



and campaign strategies.- Suggest improvements in ad creatives and landing pages based on performance insights.- Prepare regular campaign reports with insights and recommendations.- Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes, and D2C advertising strategies.Requirements- Enough hands-on experience in Meta Ads to grow a D2C Brand.- Experience running performance campaigns for D2C, e-commerce, beauty, wellness, or FMCG brands is preferred.- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.- Knowledge of customer acquisition and conversion-focused advertising.- Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.Compensation- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Part-Time)- Performance incentives based on campaign results.- Adaptable working hours.- Opportunity to grow with an upcoming D2C brand.
