Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Officer - Accounts to join our Finance & Accounts team in Jordan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable (AR) collections, customer follow-up, claims and dispute management, and reconciliation activities while ensuring accurate financial records and timely collections.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable & CollectionsMonitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers for timely collection.Ensure accurate recording of customer payments and collections.Maintain customer account balances and perform periodic reconciliations.Support timely clearance of outstanding receivables.Claims & Dispute ManagementRaise and manage customer claims and disputes through resolution.Coordinate with merchandising and internal stakeholders to obtain supporting information and documentation.Maintain accurate records of customer claims and follow-up actions.Perform claims reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain complete documentation for collections, claims, disputes, and reconciliations.Prepare periodic updates on outstanding collections and unresolved claims.Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.RequirementsMaster's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.Experience in Accounts Receivable is preferred.Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.Excellent analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
