- Drive business growth and revenue across AP & Telangana
- Lead branch expansion and identify high-potential locations
- Manage Branch Managers and sales teams across multiple locations
- Own regional/state-level business performance and P&L;
- Drive customer acquisition, retention and market penetration
- Monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit standards and ethical gold-buying practices
