- Perform patient measurements, casting/scanning, and other required clinical assessments.
- Support the design and development of personalized prosthetic solutions.
- Work with Instalimb's clinical and technical teams to ensure accurate product development.
- Conduct prosthetic fitting, alignment, trial, and necessary adjustments.
- Evaluate patient comfort, fit, functionality, and mobility.
- Provide appropriate guidance to patients regarding the use, care, and maintenance of prosthetic devices.
- Conduct follow-up assessments and identify areas requiring modification or improvement.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and patient experience teams.
- Ensure clinical processes and patient interactions follow established quality and safety standards.
- Contribute to improving clinical workflows and patient experience.
- Stay updated with developments in prosthetics, orthotics, rehabilitation, and assistive technology.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics (BPO) from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the relevant professional/regulatory body, wherever applicable.
0–3 years of relevant clinical experience; freshers with strong clinical knowledge may also apply.
Positive understanding of prosthetic assessment, fitting, alignment, and patient management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Comfortable working in a technology-driven and evolving environment.
