Act as the primary bridge between customer, leadership, department heads, and project teams. Resource Orchestration:
Manage budgets, headcount, and cross-functional dependencies to prevent bottlenecks. Risk & Issue Mitigation:
Identify systemic risks that could impact multiple projects and develop high-level contingency plans. Governance & Standards:
Establish the methodologies, metrics (KPIs), and "rules of engagement" for all projects within the program.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Skill Category Essential Competencies Leadership Change management, conflict resolution, and executive presence
(Must have worked in Google Projects and Google Eco system) Technical Proficiency in Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet; familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall. Analytical Budgeting, ROI analysis, and advanced data-driven decision-making. Education Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5 years of Program management experience Certification PMP (Project Management Skilled) or PgMP (Program Management Professional).
