Role: IBM MQ admin Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Kochi/Pune/Bhuvaneswar/HYD Exp: 6-12 yrs Mode of interview : virtual Must Have Skills: Build new instances of IBM MQ, Manage, configure, and monitor MQ Listeners, Command Servers, Channel initiators, Trigger Monitors, MQ Log files & Dead Letter Queues Setup of IBM Websphere MQ in a cluster environment for both load balancing and Failover Assess current-state MQ environments, including queue managers, channels, queues, security configurations, and dependencies.
Analyze compatibility impacts, deprecated features, and new capabilities in the target MQ version/platform. Detailed knowledge of IBM MQ and IBM Websphere Message Broker 8 or IIB Able to setup security for Web Sphere MQ queues & other objects for data access and for administration using role-based security.
Proficient in SSL Configuration on Web Sphere MQ. Troubleshoot Infrastructure and Application issues related to MQ/MB Responsibilities:
Modify/re-design configuration/applications to resolve identified issues. IBM Websphere MQ best practices for setup/monitoring as well as usage Modify/re-design configuration/applications to resolve identified issues.
