LeBlanc Interior is a premium residential interior design and execution company based in Chennai. We specialize in creating high-quality interiors for apartments, villas, and individual homes.

We are looking for a talented and passionate Residential Interior Designer with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Sketch Up and Enscape. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, understand residential interiors practically, and be able to take a project from concept and 3D visualization to execution.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Develop residential interior designs based on client requirements, lifestyle, functionality, and budget.

/n

- Create effective space planning and furniture layouts for residential spaces.

/n

- Design living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining areas, pooja rooms, wardrobes, TV units, and other interior spaces.

/n

- Create detailed and accurate 3D models using Sketch Up.

/n

- Produce high-quality and realistic renders and walkthroughs using Enscape.

/n

- Develop concepts, mood boards, colour schemes, material selections, and design details.

/n

- Prepare layouts, furniture plans, elevations, sections, and other design documentation required for execution.

/n

- Select suitable materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and accessories.

/n

- Present designs and 3D visualizations to clients and incorporate feedback.

/n





- Coordinate with the site and execution teams to ensure the approved design is implemented correctly.

/n

- Visit project sites when required and understand actual site conditions.

/n

- Identify design and execution challenges and provide practical design solutions.

/n

- Manage assigned design deliverables and complete work within project timelines.

/n

Requirements

/n

/n

- 1–4 years of relevant experience in residential interior design.

/n

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Sketch Up and Enscape is mandatory.

/n

- Ability to independently create complete residential interiors in Sketch Up.

/n

- Ability to produce realistic and high-quality Enscape renders.

/n

- Strong understanding of residential space planning, furniture layouts, proportions, and functionality.

/n

- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, colours, lighting, furniture, and interior detailing.

/n

- Practical understanding of residential interior execution and construction.

/n

- Ability to understand and prepare interior design drawings and documentation.

/n

- Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.

/n

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.

/n

- Portfolio showcasing residential interior projects is mandatory.

/n

Good to Have

- Practical residential site experience.

/n

- Knowledge of modular kitchens and wardrobes.

/n

- Understanding of carpentry and interior materials.





/n

- Knowledge of electrical, false ceiling, flooring, and other interior execution requirements.

- Experience in client presentations and design discussions.

/n

- Experience handling projects from concept to execution.
