Position: Technical Support Engineer – International Voice Process
/n
Location: Ground Floor, Ambit IT Park, No. 32A & B, Ambit Road, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu — 600058, India
/n
Shift: Night Shift
/n
Weekly Off: Rotational Weekdays
/n
Responsibilities:
/n
/n
- Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to technical support inquiries
/n
- Provide top-tier support to all customers with a goal of first call resolution
/n
- Educate customers on system installation/use, and assist in troubleshooting
/n
- Utilize prior customer support experience to enable customer success and happiness
/n
- Use problem-solving skills to solve customer issues and address concerns
/n
- Outbound calls to current customers to address issues,
when needed
/n
/n
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner/15 Days
/n
Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree
/n
CTC: 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA
/n
