We are hiring AM-HIM Services(ED Facility) for Noida Location

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Lead and manage a team of ED Facility coders to achieve productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

/n

- Ensure accurate assignment of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and facility-specific ED coding guidelines.

/n

- Monitor daily production and quality performance of team members.

/n

- Conduct coding audits and quality reviews to identify trends and training opportunities.

/n

- Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to improve team performance.

/n

- Handle coding-related queries, escalations, and client concerns.

/n

- Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

/n

- Analyze productivity, quality, and financial impact metrics.

/n

- Conduct refresher training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

/n

- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management activities.

/n

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client-specific guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

/n

- Collaborate with Quality, Training,



and Operations teams to drive process improvements.

/n

- Manage staffing and workload allocation based on business requirements.

/n

/n

Required Qualifications

/n

/n

- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Biotechnology, Zoology, Microbiology, or related healthcare field.

/n

- Medical coding certification preferred:CPC,COC,CCS,CIC,CRC

/n

/n

Experience

/n

/n

- 6 to 15 years of overall medical coding experience.

/n

- Minimum 2-3 years of team handling experience.

/n

- Strong hands-on experience in ED Facility coding.

/n

- Experience managing productivity, quality, and operational metrics.

/n

/n
