About the Role

/n

We are looking for a Production Support Analyst to monitor production applications, troubleshoot incidents, and provide L1/L2 application support. The role involves application monitoring, issue resolution, SQL-based troubleshooting, incident management, and coordination with technical teams.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

Monitor production applications, jobs, interfaces, and system processes.

/n

Provide L1/L2 application support and troubleshoot production incidents.

/n

Analyze application errors, logs, alerts, database issues, and failed batch jobs.

/n

Resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines.

/n

Create and track incidents, service requests, and problems using ticketing tools.

/n

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical issues.

/n

Coordinate with Development, QA, Database, Infrastructure, and Business teams.

/n

Execute SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation.

/n

Monitor scheduled jobs, batch processes, reports, and data loads.

/n

Validate application fixes and perform post-deployment verification.

/n

Maintain troubleshooting guides, support documentation, and knowledge articles.

/n

Participate in production deployments and post-deployment monitoring.

/n

Follow Incident,



Problem, and Change Management processes.

/n

Participate in on-call/shift support when required.

/n

Required Skills

/n

1–2 years of experience in Production/Application Support.

/n

Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

/n

Application/server log analysis and troubleshooting.

/n

Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

/n

Knowledge of ITIL concepts.

/n

Experience with Service Now, JIRA, or similar ticketing tools.

/n

Basic understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, and system integrations.

/n

Understanding of SDLC and production support processes.

/n

Positive analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

/n

Ability to prioritize and resolve production issues based on business impact.

/n

Preferred Skills

/n

Experience with healthcare applications or healthcare workflows.

/n

Knowledge of HL7/API/file-based integrations.

/n

Experience with application monitoring and batch-job monitoring.

/n
