We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager – Growth & Acquisition

At INVESMATE Group, we're building a stronger performance-driven growth engine across multiple brands. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of paid acquisition, solve campaign problems and scale what works.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

/n

/n

- Plan, execute and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns

/n

- Own budgets, targeting, campaign structure and scaling

/n

- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition

/n

- Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS & conversion rates

/n

- Analyze campaign performance and identify the why behind the numbers

/n

- Test audiences, creatives, offers and acquisition strategies

/n

- Analyze the complete funnel: Ad → Landing Page → Lead → Customer

/n

- Work with creative, content, sales and web teams to improve performance

/n

- Use tools such as GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI, conversion tracking and analytics

/n

/n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR--

Strong hands-on expertise in:

- Meta Ads | Google Ads | Lead Generation | Campaign Scaling | Analytics | Funnel Optimization

/n

- Experience in EdTech, Fin Tech, SaaS, D2C or Performance Marketing Agencies is a plus.
