Job Summary

/n

We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder (formerly JDA/Red Prairie) WMS Technical Consultant to design, develop, implement, enhance, and support enterprise Warehouse Management solutions across complex global distribution environments.

/n

The ideal candidate will possess solid technical expertise in Blue Yonder WMS, hands-on experience in system configuration and customization, integration development, production support, and warehouse operations. The candidate should be capable of working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, integration teams,



and third-party application teams to deliver scalable and high-performing warehouse solutions.

Blue Yonder WMS certification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Design, configure, customize, and support Blue Yonder (JDA/Red Prairie) Warehouse Management solutions.

/n

- Participate in end-to-end implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and support engagements.

/n

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications.

/n

- Develop and maintain customizations, workflows, interfaces, reports, and extensions within the BY WMS platform.

/n

- Design and develop integrations between Blue Yonder WMS and ERP, transportation, planning, automation, and external enterprise systems.

/n

- Troubleshoot application, database, integration, and performance issues across warehouse operations.

/n

- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for production incidents.

/n

- Support warehouse process areas including inbound receiving, put-away, replenishment, inventory management, cycle counting, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

/n

- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

/n

- Participate in code reviews, system testing, deployment activities, and hypercare support.

/n

- Prepare technical specifications, deployment documentation, support procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.

/n

- Ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
