We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in Corporate Banking, Payments and API-based integrations. The role will work closely with Business, Technology, Architecture, Vendors and external partners to deliver banking integration solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Gather, analyze and document business, functional and technical requirements.- Prepare BRD, FRD/FSD, user stories, process flows, data mappings and API specifications.- Analyze REST/SOAP APIs, payloads, validations, error handling and integration workflows.- Support integrations involving payments, escrow, transaction/balance inquiries, inflow services and payment notifications.- Work with architects and development teams on interface design and API contracts.- Define and review SIT/UAT scenarios, test cases and traceability matrices.- Support defect triage, UAT sign-off, deployment and hypercare.- Coordinate with Business, Digital Banking, Architecture, Security, Operations, Vendors and external partners.- Support security requirements including API security, SSL/certificates and secure connectivity.- Track project dependencies, risks,



issues and delivery milestones.Functional Skills:- Corporate Banking, Cash Management & Payments- Payment lifecycle and transaction processing- Reconciliation- Digital Banking / Core Banking integrations- Solid stakeholder and vendor managementTechnical Skills:- REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, XSD/WSDL, Swagger/OpenAPI- Postman/SoapUI, SQL and data validation- Data mapping and integration concepts- Event-driven/callback integrations- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Postman, Excel, SQL DeveloperQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, including 5+ years in Banking, Payments integrations.- Strong experience with API-based integration projects and third-party vendors.Preferred:- UAE Banking experience.- Digital Payments / Escrow solutions.- Government, Land Department, Property or Real Estate integrations.- Large-scale banking transformation programs.
