Job Description

Medical Coding is the process of converting patient health information into alpha numeric codes. Coders take medical reports from doctors, which may include a patients condition, the doctors diagnosis, a prescription, and whatever procedures the doctor or healthcare provider performed on the patient, and turn that into a set of codes, which make up a crucial part of the medical claim.

Eligibility:

All (UG/PG) Physiotherapist Graduates & Post Graduates

- Assess Patients: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients physical conditions to identify movement issues and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to each patients specific needs and goals, focusing on movement restoration and pain reduction.
- Conduct Therapy Sessions: Provide hands-on physiotherapy sessions that may include exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve patient mobility and well-being.
- Monitor Progress: Regularly assess patients progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and effectiveness.
- Educate Patients: Inform patients about their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies to encourage active involvement in their health journey.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A degree in Physiotherapy or related fields such as BDS,



B.Pharma, B.Sc, B.E, or BVSC is essential. Your educational background will provide the necessary foundation for patient care.
- Strong communication skills are vital for effectively interacting with patients and explaining treatment options clearly.
- A proactive and compassionate approach to patient care is key to build trust and rapport.
- You should have good organizational skills to manage patient records and treatment schedules.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals enhances overall patient outcomes.
