structured formatMaintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of operational tasksCoordinate with clients, AMCs, platforms and internal team members when requiredUse basic AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, documentation and improving work efficiencyTake ownership of assigned tasks and follow up until completionSkills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline; freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience can applyGood working knowledge of MS Excel and WordComfortable using computers, internet and online platformsGood command of spoken English and HindiGood common sense, attention to detail and presence of mindShould be organized, responsible and willing to learn
