About the Role
We are looking for a senior technology leader to lead Zeta's digital transformation across itsEnterprise Applications, Software Solutions, Integration, AI, IT Infrastructure, and Operationslandscape.
The role sits at the intersection ofenterprise applications, software engineering, integration architecture, AI-enabled automation, IT infrastructure, service management, cybersecurity, and technology operations. The leader will ensure that Zeta's technology ecosystem is integrated, scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
The primary charter is toconnect and optimize the existing technology ecosystem— integrating SaaS, on-premise, cloud, legacy, and internally developed applications; building bridge systems and software solutions where required; and selectively applying AI and automation to improve workflows, data movement, operational efficiency, and user experience.
Alongside this, the role provides strategic and operational oversight ofIT infrastructure and IT operations, including networks, endpoints, cloud, Microsoft 365, service desk, application support, reliability, security, and technology governance.
Responsibilities

Enterprise Applications & Technology Strategy
Own the roadmap for the organization's Enterprise Application ecosystem, including SaaS, on-premise, cloud, legacy, and internally developed applications.

Oversee business-critical platforms including Project Management, Collaboration, HRMS, Payroll, ATS, LMS, Telephony, and internally developed applications.





Evaluate existing technology capabilities and determine whether requirements should be addressed throughconfiguration, integration, automation, AI, or custom software development.

Drive application lifecycle management, modernization, consolidation, and optimization.

Lead technology evaluations, vendor selection, RFI/RFP processes, POCs, negotiations, renewals, and vendor performance management.

Software Development, Integration & Bridge Systems
Lead and mentorapplication and software engineering teamsresponsible for developing, integrating, and supporting business-critical solutions.

Oversee the complete software lifecycle fromrequirements and architecture through development, integration, testing, deployment, and operations.

Define and oversee enterprise integration architecture across applications, including APIs, middleware, data pipelines, SSO, event-driven integrations, and workflow orchestration.

Identify gaps between existing platforms and oversee the development ofbridge applications, middleware, APIs, and integration servicesto connect disparate systems.

Ensure new applications and solutions integrate into the broader enterprise ecosystem rather than creating additional technology silos.

Establish standards for software architecture, development, testing, security, deployment, observability, and maintainability.

AI & Intelligent Automation
Identify practical opportunities to applyAI, AI agents, LLMs, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestrationacross the existing application ecosystem.

Use AI to enhance application integration, automate data movement and business processes, and create intelligent interfaces between systems.

Oversee the development of AI-enabled bridge solutions that can interpret, transform, route, and orchestrate information across multiple applications.

Evaluate AI solutions alongside conventional integration and automation approaches, selecting the appropriate technology for each business problem.

Establish appropriate governance around AI, data access, security, privacy, and operational reliability.

IT Infrastructure Strategy & Operations
Provide strategic and operational oversight of the organization'sIT infrastructure, including networks, endpoints, cloud services, collaboration platforms, Microsoft 365, identity, and core technology platforms.

Ensure infrastructure is scalable, resilient, secure, and capable of supporting the organization's application and digital transformation roadmap.

Partner with infrastructure and engineering teams to design and maintain reliable application and infrastructure environments.

Oversee infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, capacity planning, lifecycle management, and technology resilience.

Ensure infrastructure architecture supports the organization's integration, software, data, and AI initiatives.

IT Operations, Service Management & Reliability
Provide leadership acrossIT Operations, Service Desk, Application Support, Infrastructure Operations, and technology service management.

Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and supportability across applications, infrastructure, integrations, and critical technology services.

Establish and monitor SLAs, operational KPIs, incident management, problem management, change management, release management, and service improvement processes.

Establish appropriate monitoring and observability across applications, APIs, integrations, infrastructure, and AI-enabled workflows.

Drive automation and data-driven operational practices to improve service quality and reduce manual intervention.

Ensure a strong employee technology experience across the organization.

Security, Compliance & Technology Governance
Ensure application, infrastructure, integration, data, and AI environments adhere to applicable security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.





Partner with cybersecurity teams to maintain appropriate controls across applications, infrastructure, integrations, cloud environments, and endpoints.

Ensure compliance with frameworks includingISO *****, SOC 2, and applicable data protection regulations.

Establish technology governance covering architecture, applications, integrations, AI, infrastructure, vendors, and operational risk.

Own and optimize the technology budget across applications, software development, infrastructure, and operations.

Data, Analytics & Automation
Define and oversee enterprise data architecture and data engineering pipelines across business systems.

Build analytics and dashboards providing visibility into application usage, operational performance, adoption, service levels, integration health, and technology costs.

Drive automation across application, infrastructure, and service management functions.

Leverage data and AI to identify operational inefficiencies and continuously improve technology services.

Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Build, lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams acrossEnterprise Applications, Software Engineering, Integration, Infrastructure, IT Operations, and Service Management.

Establish transparent ownership, accountability, delivery standards, and performance metrics across technology teams.

Partner closely with business, security, finance, HR, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into integrated technology solutions.

Lead cross-functional transformation programs from strategy through execution, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Skills

Technical Skills
Proven experienceleading application/software engineering teams and overseeing the delivery of enterprise software solutions.

Strong experience designing or overseeingenterprise integration architecture, APIs, middleware, data integration, workflow orchestration, and bridge systems.

Demonstrated experience managingIT infrastructure and operations, including networks, endpoints, cloud, Microsoft 365, service desk, and technology support functions.

Strong understanding of IT service management, reliability, monitoring, incident/problem/change management, and operational governance.

Strong understanding of software architecture, application development lifecycle, enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, APIs, and infrastructure architecture.

Experience with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO ***** and SOC 2.

Leadership & Business Skills
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience and Qualifications

20+ years of technology experience, including significant leadership experience across enterprise applications, software development, systems integration, infrastructure, and IT operations.

Practical experience identifying and applyingAI and intelligent automation to enterprise applications, integrations, workflows, and operations.

Experience overseeing technology ecosystems across multi-location organizations.

Demonstrated commercial acumen across vendor management, procurement, contract negotiations, and technology budget ownership.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. MBA or relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent are advantageous.
