About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executive/Manager to join our growing real estate team.

YHATAW Realty | Gurugram | Full-Time | In office

Salary: Up to ₹7.2 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads and outbound calls from potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, and investment preferences.
- Explain property projects, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
- Qualify leads and convert enquiries into potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the Sales Team.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers in real estate with excellent communication and convincing skills.
- 2–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Real Estate preferred.
- Candidates from Aviation, Insurance, Hospitality, and other customer-facing industries are welcome.

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent Hindi and English communication.
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
