About the Role

We have multiple exciting opportunities for Lead level Statistical Programmers - who have expertise in R, PK/PD, leading studies. We offer a very supportive and quality focused environment. The purpose of the role is to provide programming support to the statistics and programming department across a range of projects, clients and therapeutic areas. The Lead Programmer may also perform a supervisory role (e.g. line management and/or project management).

Responsibilities

- Develop and validate PK analysis datasets and displays (e.g., such as ADPC, ADNCA, ADPP and corresponding displays).
- Generate tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) for PK analysis and reporting.
- Partner with Clinical Pharmacol ogists, Statisticians, and Study Lead Programmers to understand analysis requirements and translate them into effective implementation programmatically.
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) for PK analysis programming.
- Communicates complex PK and analytic al concepts 2 of 2 clearly and concisely, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment within and cross -functional stakeholders.
- Develop and validate PK parameters such as Cmax, Tmax, AUC, Half-life, Clearance, and Volume of Distribution.
- Support population PK (PopPK) and exposure-response analyses.




- Perform QC of PK/PD outputs and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Intermediate to advanced programming skills in R.
- Expertise in CDISC standards, PK workflows of various study designs and implementation.

Work closely with Clinical Pharmacologists, Pharmacometricians, and Biostatisticians.

Qualifications

- BSc, MSc or PhD in numerical discipline (or relevant equivalent industry experience).
- 8 years of hands-on statistical programming experience.
- Mandatory hands- on experience working on PK/PD studies

Required Skills

- R programming.
- CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM).
- PK software exposure (Phoenix WinNonlin, NONMEM, Monolix is a plus).
- Clinical trials and regulatory submission experience.
