Designation: Senior Sales Executive (Sales and Business Development)

Regions: Surat, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai

The Mahendra Group (RKMG Electricals Pvt. Ltd) is growing across India. We're looking for Industry driven Sales professionals with 3–6 years of B2B experience in Cables & wires or Solar/Wind Renewable Industry and grow our business.

1. Drive sales growth: Own your territory's sales plan and consistently meet monthly and annual revenue targets.

2. Build the market: Find, approach and win customers across Solar Renewables

3. Represent our principal brands: Work with brand regional teams on pricing, approvals and project support.

5. Collections: Make sure customers pay on time and credit terms are followed.

6. CRM & reporting: Log every lead, visit,



quotation and order in the CRM and share weekly business reports.

7. Market intelligence: Report on competitor activity, pricing trends and current opportunities.

What we're looking for

- Strong negotiation, follow-up and closing skills
- Comfortable with field work and regular travel within your region
- Graduate in any discipline (B.E. Electrical/Diploma in Electrical)
