Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.

- Build solid relationships with new and existing clients.

- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Follow up with clients for feedback and upselling opportunities.

- Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions.

- Provide timely updates to customers about order status or service progress.

- Meet or exceed customer service and satisfaction goals.

- Ensure all communication is professional, clear, and helpful.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

- Proven experience in a customer service or relationship management role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
