We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to manage business operations, sales, distribution, and team performance across multiple locations for a growing Food / Snacks company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall sales and business operations across assigned locations.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue and distribution targets.

- Lead, motivate and monitor sales and field teams.

- Develop and strengthen distributor, dealer, retailer and channel relationships.

- Expand market coverage and improve product availability and visibility.

- Monitor primary and secondary sales, stock movement and outstanding payments.

- Identify new market opportunities and support market expansion.

- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.

- Ensure effective execution of promotions, schemes and product launches.

- Track team performance, productivity and territory-wise KPIs.

- Coordinate with production, logistics, finance and marketing teams.

- Prepare regular sales, distribution and market MIS reports.

RequirementsStrong Sales & Distribution Management skills.
Experience in FMCG / Food / Snacks / Consumer Products.
Strong knowledge of Distributor & Retailer Management.
Excellent team leadership and people-management skills.
Market expansion and territory development skills.




Valuable negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Ability to analyse sales, distribution and market data.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / CRM / Sales Reporting.
Preferred Experience

- 6–12 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Snacks / Consumer Products.

- Experience managing multiple territories / branches / districts preferred.

- Candidates with experience in FMCG sales, distribution and channel management will be preferred.
