Job Title: Angular Lead

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Mode of Work: Work from Office (All 5 days a week)

We are looking for a Lead Angular Developer to own and drive frontend engineering across

Bay6.ai's multi-tier enterprise AI products. This is a hands-on leadership role — you will

architect and build complex, scalable Angular-based interfaces while guiding a team of

frontend developers. You will work closely with backend engineers, AI/ML teams, and product

managers to deliver high-quality, performant, and AI-integrated user experiences.

Must Have Skills

• Angular (v18+ mandatory) — deep, production-grade expertise

• Experience building multi-tier enterprise product UIs — not just standalone apps

• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS and HTML

• Strong knowledge of RESTful API integration and asynchronous data handling

• Component architecture — reusable UI components, micro frontends, design systems

• Unit testing using TDD

• Cross-browser compatibility and responsive design (mobile + desktop)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based collaborative workflows

Nice to Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML-driven features into frontend (e.g., energetic dashboards,

real-time data feeds, model output visualization, AI-assisted workflows)

• Experience with Angular Material or similar UI component libraries

• Knowledge of state management (NgRx or similar)

• SEO solutions for SPAs

• Prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling product development environment

Job Responsibilities

Lead Design and development of complex user interfaces using the latest Angular best practices.
2. Drive the adaptation and enhancement of interfaces for modern internet applications utilizing advanced front-end technologies.
3. Write clean, scalable, and optimized JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML code.
4. Own product analysis tasks and provide strategic direction for optimization and continuous improvement.
5. Make critical technical and design decisions for Angular projects, ensuring high-quality, maintainable solutions.
6. Develop and maintain robust application code and implement comprehensive unit tests using the latest Angular version.
7. Collaborate closely with back-end developers to design and build scalable RESTful APIs.
8. Ensure seamless integration and communication with external web services.
9. Conduct thorough performance testing and optimization to meet industry-leading standards.
10. Work with the design team to ensure a consistent, user-friendly UI/UX experience.
11. Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and performance enhancements for applications.

Ensure applications perform efficiently on both mobile and desktop platforms while meeting scalability goals.

Required Experience:





➢ 8+ years of hands-on experience as an Angular Developer, working with the latest

Angular versions.

➢ Advanced knowledge of Angular practices, components, modules, and tools, with

proven experience in complex, large-scale projects.

➢ Expertise in providing SEO solutions for single-page applications (SPAs).

➢ In-depth understanding of platform architecture, databases, APIs, caching layers,

proxies, and other web services.

➢ Proven experience in building and optimizing infrastructure to serve front-end

applications and assets.

➢ Expertise in CSS, HTML, and writing cross-browser compatible code.

➢ Strong experience with JavaScript build tools like Gulp or Grunt.

➢ Ability to write non-blocking, efficient code and leverage advanced techniques

like multi- threading when required.

➢ Extensive experience in writing unit tests using Test-Driven Development (TDD)

principles.

➢ Expertise in creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous

Integration (CI) environments.

➢ Deep knowledge of JavaScript MV-VM/MVC frameworks, including AngularJS.

➢ Clear understanding of file system dependencies and application logic.

➢ Proven experience validating user actions on the client-side and delivering responsive

feedback.

➢ Demonstrated ability to implement both front-end and back-end JavaScript

applications at scale.

➢ Expertise in automating the build process for production using task runners or scripts.

➢ Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor junior

developers.
