Role Description

*Develop detailed interior designs and space planning as per project requirements.

* Create accurate and detailed 3D models, with strong understanding of dimensions, materials, furniture, joinery, and construction details.

* Prepare detailed 2D drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD.

* Coordinate design requirements with the site team, contractors, vendors, and clients.

* Attend site visits and understand actual site conditions, measurements, and execution requirements.

* Assist in site execution and design coordination to ensure the design is implemented accurately.

* Take ownership of assigned projects and demonstrate leadership and problem-solving abilities. requiring close collaboration with the studio team and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection for functional and visually cohesive spaces.




- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning and Architecture fundamentals to support efficient layouts and design solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing basic Construction Drawings and documentation for project execution.
- Proficiency in design and visualization
- such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds max, or similar , and 3D rendering tools ( v-ray , corona, enscape or similar )
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a studio setting.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and project teams.

Junior Interior Designer – 3D Modelling & Design

Software Requirements – STRICT

Candidates must have strong practical knowledge of 3D modelling and interior design software.

Required Qualification
