One of our early-stage Q-Comm companies is revolutionizing the way beauty products are purchased across India, and they are now looking for a looking for a Principal Product Designer to lead the evolution of their user experience and establish a world-class design standard across the platform.

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end design strategy for a complex consumer service product from discovery to high-fidelity execution
- Solve high-impact UX/UI challenges by simplifying intricate workflows into intuitive, elegant interfaces across their app, website, and all social content
- Define and scale the design system to ensure visual consistency and engineering efficiency
- Lead cross-functional discovery alongside Product and Engineering to align on vision and feasibility
- Champion a user-centric culture through rigorous research, prototyping, and usability testing
- Mentor and elevate the design team, setting the bar for craft, process, and output




- Influence the product roadmap by identifying untapped opportunities through data and design thinking

Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in product design, with a robust portfolio of shipped consumer or B2C
- Mastery of Figma and modern design tools, including advanced prototyping and design system management
- Proven ability to translate complex data and financial logic into simple, human-centric experiences
- Strong strategic thinker who balances aesthetic excellence with business objectives and ROI
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments where speed, iteration, and ownership are vital
- Expertise in user research and data-informed decision-making
