About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Solution Architect to lead a critical Oracle Agile PLM to Oracle Cloud PLM (OCPLM) migration initiative. This role requires a solid blend of solution architecture expertise, technical project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end delivery management. The successful candidate will drive the design, integration, and execution of the migration while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead solution architecture and technical design for Oracle Agile PLM to Oracle Cloud PLM (OCPLM) migration projects.
- Define target-state architecture, system integrations, data migration strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, and status reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to gather requirements and ensure successful outcomes.
- Oversee integration design and implementation between Oracle Cloud PLM and related enterprise systems.
- Drive project governance, resource coordination, and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.
- Ensure solution quality, scalability, security,



and adherence to best practices.

Required Qualifications:

- Strong experience with Oracle Cloud PLM (OCPLM) implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
- Proven Solution Architecture experience, including enterprise application integration and technical design.
- Demonstrated success leading complex technology transformation or migration projects.
- Experience managing stakeholders across business and technical organizations.
- Hands-on experience with systems integration, data migration, and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience migrating from Oracle Agile PLM to Oracle Cloud PLM.
- Background in manufacturing, product development, engineering, or product lifecycle management environments.
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams and global organizations.
- Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Primary: Oracle Cloud PLM Solution Architect with migration and integration expertise.
- Secondary: Technical Project Manager with strong Oracle Cloud PLM and solution delivery experience.
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on leadership role, balancing architecture responsibilities with project execution and stakeholder management.
