Job Description:

We are hiring a Account Executive in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
 Pass journal entries accurately in accounting software.
 Maintain proper books of accounts in compliance with company policies.
 Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.

2. Bank & Ledger Reconciliation
 Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) on a regular basis.
 Reconcile vendor, customer, and general ledger accounts.
 Identify discrepancies and assist in timely resolution.

3. Banking, Payments & Cheque Handling
 Prepare and process bank entries, cheque entries, and payment vouchers.
 Execute vendor and statutory payments through online banking.
 Track and maintain records of issued and received cheques.
 Follow up on cheque clearances and outstanding payments.

4. Payment Processing & Coordination
 Assist in making vendor, supplier, and expense payments.
 Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal teams for payment-related matters.
 Maintain proper payment documentation and approvals.

5. Support to Accounts Manager




 Assist the Accounts Manager in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
 Support during audits by providing required data and documentation.
 Handle any other accounting or finance-related tasks as assigned.

6. Documentation & Compliance
 Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, bank statements, and supporting
documents.
 Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Qualifications & Skills
Education
 B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
 Candidates pursuing CA Inter / CMA will be an added advantage.

Experience
 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.

Skills Required
 Knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, and banking processes.
 Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar).
 Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting reports.
 Attention to detail and accuracy.
 Positive coordination and communication skills.
