Position Overview:

The Product Analyst for Oracle EBS General Ledger and Intercompany plays a crucial role in analyzing existing business processes and requirements that reside on Oracle EBS, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring efficient implementation to Oracle EBS applications. They work closely with stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external vendors, to support the migration of process while ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product lead, finance process teams and technical teams to configure & design solutions that meet business needs

- Apply industry best practices in ERP financial design and configuration for scalable and auditable solutions

- Configure and support ERP modules Oracle EBS General Ledger and Intercompany

- Participate in developing user stories, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure effective scrum execution.

- Support change management, training, and testing activities across user groups

Qualifications





Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information System, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a Business/Finance or Product Analyst, in Oracle ERP context

- Familiarity with Oracle EBS General Ledger and Intercompany applications and understanding of business processes.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Exposure to Agile development methodology

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Robust understanding of GAAP accounting and financial compliance

Preferred skills/certification:

- Certified SAFe Agilist or similar Agile certifications

- Oracle EBS General Ledger certifications

- Understanding of Oracle EBS ERP financial processes, configuration, and solution design

- Experience with quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and new feature adoption
