- Cross-Functional Work: Partner closely with engineers, scientists, and product managers to transfer technology safely into manufacturing pipelines.

- Data Documentation: Record technical results, failures, and testing insights to shape the future company product roadmap.

Key Skills Needed
- - Technical Software: Proficiency in CAD, CAE, PLM, or creative design suites (like Adobe Illustrator or InDesign depending on the industry).

- Analytical Thinking: Strong capability to run trial-and-error analysis, review failure points, and solve open-ended problems.

- Adaptability: Comfort working with incomplete project guidelines and uncertain final outcomes.
