CACL Engineer (3–5 Years Experience)

Role Summary

We are looking for a CACL Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in embedded automotive software development, especially in C/C++ and AUTOSAR-based systems. The ideal candidate will work on the CACL domain, contribute to feature development, bug fixing, static analysis cleanup, and CI validation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain CACL software components in C++ and AUTOSAR-based embedded environments.

- Analyze product requirements and convert them into technical design and implementation.

- Fix defects, improve stability, and implement small-to-medium feature enhancements.

- Validate changes using local build/test workflows and CI checks.

- Work with Coverity, AUTOSAR coding rules, and static analysis findings.

- Debug issues in communication stacks, state machines, diagnostic flows, and memory handling.

- Write and update unit tests for modified functionality.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with project coding standards.

- Collaborate with architects, module owners,



and integration teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in embedded software development.

- Robust knowledge of C++ and software debugging.

- Experience with AUTOSAR concepts and automotive embedded development.

- Familiarity with Bazel, Git, and CI/CD workflows.

- Understanding of static analysis tools such as Coverity.

- Ability to read and debug low-level software and integration issues.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with IPB / CACL / vehicle access / keyless access domains.

- Knowledge of CAN/LIN/Ethernet communication and diagnostics.

- Exposure to unit testing and test automation.

- Experience in working with safety or quality-focused automotive projects.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or related field.

- 3–5 years of relevant industry experience.
