We’re looking for a Senior Creative Reels & Video Editor who combines strong editing expertise with exceptional visual taste, a deep understanding of social media, and a strong command of AI-powered creative workflows.

Responsibilities

- Create high-quality Reels, short-form videos, performance ads, and social media content that are engaging, visually compelling, and aligned with the brand.

- Own the end-to-end video editing process, from understanding the brief and developing the visual approach to editing, motion, sound design, and final delivery.

- Develop strong hooks, pacing, and visual treatments that capture attention and drive engagement.

- Translate the Raising Superstars brand identity into content with a premium and consistent visual language, using strong visual hierarchy, composition, typography, colour, and motion.

- Stay on top of current social media trends, reel formats, editing styles, and emerging content patterns, and proactively bring relevant ideas to the team.

- Use AI creatively across the production process to speed up execution, generate visuals, and enhance video output.





- Build productive AI-assisted workflows using tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Claude, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, and other emerging creative tools.• Source and integrate stock footage, music, sound effects, graphics, and other assets

while maintaining a high standard of visual quality.

- Adapt videos across different formats and placements while maintaining the intended creative direction and brand consistency.

- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines and fast-moving content cycles.

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand content objectives and translate them into effective visual content.

Requirements

- 3+ years of professional experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing Reels, social media content, AI-generated content, and performance ads.

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Strong knowledge of video editing techniques, motion graphics, sound design,

transitions, and visual effects.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and take ownership of

deliverables from start to finish.

- Solid problem-solving and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively

under tight deadlines.

- Close attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality and precision.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
