- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment under the guidance of senior staff to ensure smooth processing and meet daily production targets.
- Conduct routine in-process checks by measuring raw materials, monitoring machine parameters (such as temperature or speed), and identifying early signs of product defects.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning between batches to prevent downtime and ensure the workspace complies with strict safety and sanitation standards.
- Record accurate production data by updating equipment logbooks, tracking output quantities, and promptly reporting mechanical malfunctions or material shortages to shift supervisors.
