Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Hotels, Restaurants & Cafes (HORECA) industry.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of HR processes, robust communication skills, and the ability to manage employee-related activities effectively. Fluency in Malayalam and Hindi is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination.
- Support hiring and manpower requirements as needed.
- Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related matters.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Handle attendance, leave,



and other employee-related records.
- Support employee engagement and workplace coordination.
- Assist in resolving routine employee queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS as required.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Prior experience in the Hotels, Restaurants & Cafes (HORECA) industry is mandatory.
- Fluent Malayalam communication is mandatory.
- Good Hindi communication is Required.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working from the office.
- Must be willing to attend a Face-to-Face interview.
