Job Description:

Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Sarigam near by Vapi

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day production activities as per production plans and SOPs.
- Monitor chemical manufacturing processes, batch operations, and plant parameters.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials, chemicals, and finished products.
- Operate and monitor equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, filters, pumps, and related process equipment.
- Maintain production records, batch sheets, logbooks, and shift reports.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and Stores departments for smooth production operations.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, GMP/ISO requirements, where applicable.
- Monitor manpower utilization and allocate work to operators/helpers.
- Identify process abnormalities and coordinate for timely corrective actions.




- Maintain housekeeping and ensure secure working practices on the shop floor.
