Job Title - UK Pension and Payroll

Experience - 5-7 years

Location - Greater Noida (onsite)

Role overview:

We are seeking a UK Payroll qualified with hands-on experience in UK Payroll Processing. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll activities, statutory compliance, payroll reconciliations, and employee payroll queries while ensuring accuracy and adherence to UK payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process end-to-end UK payroll accurately and on time.

- Manage PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP, and other statutory deductions.

- Handle P45, P60, and year-end payroll activities.

- Perform payroll reconciliations and prepare payroll reports.

- Ensure compliance with UK payroll and pension regulations.

- Resolve employee payroll-related queries.

- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors for smooth payroll operations.





- Support payroll audits and process improvements.

Key Skills Required:

- 5 -7 years of UK payroll processing and pension experience.

- Strong knowledge of PAYE, NIC, SSP, and SMP.

- Experience with P45, P60, and year-end payroll activities.

- Understanding of UK pension regulations and compliance.

- Ability to reconcile payroll reports and statutory deductions.

- Experience handling employee payroll queries.

- Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field. - Relevant payroll certifications will be an added advantage.
