Job Description:

n

n
- All MIS data to be updated (Demand Planning file, Sales, Stock, Inventory Analysis, Near Expiry Liquidation, Stock Float Reports) for Anglo Africa.
n
- New launch product code updation follow-up.
n
- New launch products follow-ups for RM & PM BOM updation and keep track until it reaches the country.
n
- To raise monthly MTS in the system (EOA) for Anglo Africa.
n
- Pending EOA reconciliation & follow-up for on-time delivery with PPIC.
n
- Preparation of the Near Expiry Stock Liquidation file & Bonus file.
n
- Updation of OP Stock, Forecast, Near Expiry Stock & Invoice Reconciliation (Transit Stock) in Stock Float.
n
- Cross-functional team requires data to submit (e.g., QA/DRA/Legal Dept. – Product Complaint Related & NOC).
n




- Support team for dispatch documentation, if required.
n

Qualification:

n

n
- B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
n
- MBA in Operations
n

n

Experience:

n

3–4 years of relevant experience in SAP operations, export documentation, order processing, or a related field.

n

Key Skills:

n

n
- Working knowledge of SAP operations.
n
- Good understanding of export documentation and order processing.
n
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
n
- Positive coordination and time management skills.
n
