About the Role
We are hiring a Model Development & Monitoring Analyst – SAS/Python

Locations: Bangalore/Gurgaon /Noida
Work Model: Hybrid
Experience: 4-6 years
Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

Profile Preference:
Looking for candidates with robust hands-on experience in SQL, SAS and Python , with the ability to write clean, maintainable and well-documented code. Experience in Fraud/Financial Crime model development or validation is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Requirements :
Strong experience in SAS and Python.
Good to have experience with Fraud models and Financial Crime experience.




Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.
Strong knowledge of Model Risk Management and the different aspects of MRM – development, validation, implementation, monitoring, governance, etc.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Must haves –
SAS, SQL and basic python knowledge.
Experience with data management, data cleaning, preparation of modeling datasets.
Ongoing Model Monitoring experience.
Basic Stats.

Good to have – Fraud model development/validation experience with exposure to vendor models like VISA, Actimize, LexisNexis, etc.

Experience – 4-6 years in the above domain.
Number of resources – 2-3.
