Requirements:
Mandatory: 1–5 years of Paint Industry experience.
Strong experience in Retail Sales / Dealer Sales.
Handle dealers, retailers, painters and contractors.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Develop recent dealers and expand market coverage.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing and schemes.
Manage orders, stock availability and collections.
Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Dindigul/Thanjavur / Kumbakonam market experience preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
