WE ARE HIRING: PRINCIPAL – LAW

Accurate College of Law invites applications from accomplished academicians and visionary leaders for the position of Principal.

n

The ideal candidate should possess strong academic credentials, proven administrative capabilities, and a clear vision for strengthening legal education, research, institutional development, and industry–academia engagement.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Provide academic and administrative leadership to the College of Law.
n
- Ensure compliance with the norms and regulations of the Bar Council of India, UGC, affiliating university, and other statutory bodies.
n
- Lead curriculum planning, academic delivery, examinations, faculty development, and quality-assurance initiatives.
n
- Promote legal research, publications, moot courts, legal-aid activities, seminars, workshops, and national-level competitions.
n
- Strengthen internships, court visits, industry exposure, placements, and collaborations with law firms, advocates, corporate legal departments, and judicial institutions.
n
- Mentor faculty members and students while fostering a disciplined, inclusive, and academically enriching environment.
n
- Support admissions, student engagement, institutional branding,



accreditation, and long-term strategic development.
n
- Maintain all academic records, statutory documentation, reports, and approvals required by regulatory authorities.
n
- Develop a strong professional network with members of the judiciary, senior advocates, legal professionals, universities, and industry bodies.
n

Eligibility and Experience:

n

n
- Ph.D. in Law is mandatory.
n
- Master's degree in Law with the academic qualifications and experience prescribed under applicable UGC, BCI, and affiliating university norms.
n
- Substantial teaching, research, and academic-administration experience in a recognised law institution.
n
- Prior experience as Principal, Dean, Head of Department, or in a similar academic leadership position will be preferred.
n
- Solid record of research, publications, institutional development, and faculty leadership.
n
- Excellent communication, decision-making, team-management, and regulatory-compliance skills.
n
